ORDER PROCESSING TIMES AND CONFIRMATION
Workshops: You will immediately receive a booking confirmation to your email upon purchase of one of our workshops.
Digital Product (PDF Patterns): After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a download link via email and/or in your "The Cloth Lab" account. Once downloaded to your device, the pattern will be accessible anytime without needing the link again. Each link allows up to 20 downloads.
Stock Items: Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the order is processed and leaves the studio. Once the order has been confirmed we will be unable to make changes to that order including delivery location.
