LANGUAGE

This class will be taught in English but one of our class teachers will always be on hand to offer individual discussions in Swedish if this is your preferred language.

DESCRIPTION

In this course you will learn the essentials of how to use a sewing machine by making a patchwork tote bag. We’ll guide you through how to thread the machine, adjust basic settings, cut fabric and do simple patch working with straight stitch and zig zag.

If you have never used a sewing machine before then this class is highly recommended. It’s designed to help you feel more comfortable and capable, plus you get to go home with your very own tote bag at the end!

WHAT'S INCLUDED

All sewing machines, tools and equipment. You will also have access to our textile library of fabric offcuts and scraps, in cottons and linens, to make your tote bag with.
